To the experts
I have a question, we have a Pileated Woodpecker coming to our suet feeders and his looks are somewhat different than the others.
        1. It has 2 or 3 wing feathers that are a light brown.
        2. 1 or 2 tails feathers that are partially brown.
        3. I noticed today, that there appears to be a patch of brown between the bill and the red crown.
        4. Its eyes are darker than the others. The iris is dark as well as the pupil.
Is this possibly an immature Pileated, if not then what do we have?

I saw our 1st Grackle at the feeders yesterday, welcome back to spring. Snow, strong winds, blowing snow and a low feel like temperatures.
