Hi all,
In addition to the Brewers blackbirds at Funk ( see previous post), I want to report some other good birds from yesterday. Highlights included:

Wilderness Road at Funk:
Tons of geese and ducks, but none of the previously reported Snow/Ross's or White-fronted. I did hear Sandhill cranes calling from somewhere in the marsh.

Eastlake PP:
Expected gulls and waterfowl

East 55th marina @ Cleveland:
I did find the 1st year Glaucous Gull that Jen reported, but the Long-tailed ducks hid while I was there. I guess they were found again later.

Killdeer plains WA (near Upper Sandusky):
Pond 27 (east end):
6 Greater White-fronted Geese
11 snow geese (7 white and 4 blue)
Pond 27 (west end):
Very close looks at 1 Ross's and 1 Cackling Goose.
CH-71 and TH-108:
17 Tundra Swans

Finally, at Big Island WA around dusk I had at least 10 Short-eared Owls. Also, thousands of geese and ducks were coming in to marsh.
Good birding!
Steve
