Mark and all - no go on the Purple Sandpiper today or yesterday. It appears that it has departed. My guess is that they're two different individuals... But, if you have photos of the Presque Isle bird there may be some consistencies/inconsistencies in plumage that we might be able to see to try to hash out if its the same bird. Very unlikely but possible!
