Blendon Woods is located in the northeast corner of Columbus off of I 270 &
Rte 161. Take the Little Turtle Way exit

      Thoreau Lake
          Ross's Goose-came in last evening with other geese. Let this
morning around 7:40am with other geese.  Hopefully the bird will return
this evening
          Greater Scaup-male
          Lesser Scaup-3 males, 2 females
          Wood duck-2 pair
          Mallard-10
          A Black Duck-111
          A Widgeon-8 males, female
          Redhead-male
          Cooper's Hawk-with food

     Behind Thoreau Lake(Closed to Public except for Programs)
           Yellow-rumped Warblers-47+
           Brown Creeper
           Red-breaasted Nuthatch
           Red-tailed Hawk-adult
           E Bluebird-female
           N Flicker-4

    Nature center Bird Viewing
           Oregon Junco
           Dark-eyed Junco-2
           White-throated Sparrow
           A Tree Sparrow-4
           Song Sparrow
           E Towhee-female, male
           Pileated Woodpecker
