Larry Richardson found a male Eurasian Wigeon at Mosquito Lake in Trumbull
County this morning (3-24). It was on the west side of the Lake along
Hoagland-Blackstub Rd, north of SR 88 and then about a mile north of
Mahan-Denman Rd. A large bay comes right up to the road at this location. I
arrived there around 11:00 and observed it standing on the ice. There are
about 1000 ducks present to sort through. You need a scope.

He also had an Eared Grebe on the south side of the SR 88 causeway earlier
in the morning.
