Hi all: The EURASIAN WIGEON found earlier this week was still at the
Killbuck Marsh WA in Wayne County, where Deb Sword and I saw the bird around
noon today. From 83 South-we turned right onto Clark Road. Continued
straight when it changed into Valley Road for 100 feet or so, and parked in
the parking area for a primitive walking trail on the right. Walked the
trail north (right) until we came to a tree with branches blocking the
entire path-I'm guessing this was about a third of a mile from the parking
area. About 20 feet before we got to that tree, we searched the water on
the left. It was with American Wigeon and other ducks in the body of water
furthest away from the trail. Glad we took a scope with us. Su Snyder,
Wooster
