Took a walk today on the boardwalk. Lots of brown creepers today! Also saw golden-crowned kinglets, fox sparrows, tree swallows, winter wrens, Carolina wrens, and Hairy Woodpecker. Lots of waterfowl here and also at Metzgers marsh. Three birders from Columbus reported seeing 3 purple martins on our martin houses near the Bird Center!
Bald Eagle Day is Saturday April 6th from noon to 4 pm here at the Bird Center. Back to the Wild will be on hand with a live eagle.
Happy Birding!
