Craig Flockerbie of Delaware Preservation Parks, enjoying some personal time, observed an American White Pelican from Oxbow Road. The bird has been moving about between the Sunbury Road causeway and the Oxbow Road area. He reported seeing the pelican at 2:10 PM.
