There is a large flooded field along Bandy Rd. just south of Rte. 62, east of Alliance in the NW corner of Columbiana Co.  Found there today: 10 blue-winged teal, 4 n. shovelers, 10 green-winged teal, 3 lesser scaup, great blue herons, turkey vultures, killdeer, 2 greater yellowlegs, 5 lesser yellowlegs, least sandpiper, 160+ pectoral sandpipers, 90 Bonaparte's gulls, ring-billed gulls, and a few Am. pipits.  East of there in Green Twp., Mahoning Co. I saw a pair of lesser scaup and an Am. kestrel.  Craig Holt, Lowellville
