Hi all,
Dan Sanders and I hit Killbuck Marsh wildlife area for a few hours yesterday in search of the previously reported Eurasian Wigeon. Although we did not find that bird, the whole valley was full of large numbers and good variety of waterfowl. The area where the EUWI was last reported (see Su Snyder's post) held lots of American Wigeon and had lots of cover where birds can hide, so it may still be around.
Of note was a Bald Eagle apparently feeding young at the nest south of Force Road.

Good birding!
