Hi all,

An unusually heavy press of work has kept me from joining all the people who
are posting sightings‹though there have been some nice birds at Shaker lakes
and Erie Street Cemetery. But I can¹t resist posting that an hour ago a male
Purple Finch visited our feeders‹this is the first one we¹ve ever seen
there...and he was very welcome...
