Ben Morrison and I believe Shari Jackson have just located a Ruff at the Shreve Fish pond across from the entrance to Wright Marsh in Wayne County off Rt 226. They also relocated the nearby Eurasian Wigeon after a long search. The wigeon disappears in the cover for long periods of time
