 Today, I observed a Surf Scoter at Foundation Park in Mount Vernon


 Today, I observed a Surf Scoter at Foundation Park in Mount Vernon, OH. Either a first year male or a female, by itself. I have some low-quality images available, they are good enough to ID the bird as a Surf Scoter. The bird was present at 11 AM today.
