Welcome back birds and birders! The weather has finally warmed up and so has the bird activity.
Hermit thrushes were just about everywhere that you looked along the boardwalk today. Other entertainers included golden-crowned and ruby crowned kinglets, brown creepers, fox sparrows, yellow-bellied sapsuckers, eastern towhees and yellow-rumped warblers. Let the show begin!

Also, please be careful as you drive down the road , as the snakes and turtles are out and about today as well.

Stop in the Bird Center to see Brian Zwiebel's Eastern Wood Warblers Photography display! Amazing photos of some of the warblers that will soon be arriving here at Magee Marsh.

Happy Birding!
