APRIL 07, 2013 - Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge Monthly Census.
TIME: 8:00am-1:15pm; 2:30pm-6:30pm TEMP.: 48-60 COND.: Mostly cloudy early, very windy, turning mostly sunny & warm;
wind SW/W at 5-30mph. ROUTES: Same usual morning & afternoon routes except where closed for eagle nesting.
