At Morgan Swamp the beavers have been rebuilding the dam below the
obervation deck. The narrow valley is now flooded, attracting ducks. There's
also a nice new trail starting from the deck and winding back into the
woods, going back to the swamp proper (or at least the edge of it).
Highlights this afternoon were green-winged teals, golden-crowned kinglets,
fox sparrows, a yellow-bellied sapsucker, and a barred owl.

Earlier at the City Mission Camp there were 3 singing phoebes, bluebirds,
several kinglets and a brown creeper.
