Today I heard and observed a couple of times a White-winged Dove around my
feeders just outside Wilmington in Clinton county.  A good photo was
obtained and can be viewed at

There are only about a dozen records in eBird from Ohio, most of them up
around the Lake, just one or two a year.  I am very pleased with this one
as it brings back many happy memories of the years I lived in the Southwest.
