It is 8:30AM Friday morning. The probable same, near breeding plumage Laughing Gull, that was reported by us last Saturday morning, is still hanging out in Conneaut Harbor, Ashtabula County. The present location of the Laughing Gull is across the public boat ramp channel, easily seen from the marina parking lot, sitting on the mooring post of the single dock. A report of "The Sandspit Area" and "The Platform Lagoon" will follow later.
