Hi all,

I stopped by the Preston Road Yellow-crowned Night-Heron nesting site yesterday, and was pleased to see a pair in residence and busily rehabilitating one of the two nests. It looks like only one pair is to return this year. The male was doing his job of collecting and passing sticks to the female, who would then stitch them into the nest.
