I believe Craig Caldwell is doing an excellent job getting the back issues
of The Ohio Cardinal caught up. Obviously he didn't create the mess he
inherited with TOC, but he is doing what needs done for the future of TOC.
Hopefully, Craig will be the TOC editor for a long time. Quality people,
like him, are not easy to come by.
