There is an immature wood stork in Kirtland Hills in Lake County about a half hour ago. The bird was at 8763 Booth Road. It was in a wet area of a field near a large tree and was about 30 feet off the road. Be careful of blocking the road or speeding here. They are pretty tough.

Evidently there may be 4 in the area. A woman had photos of 3 immatures at her pond and single bird. She said they have been around a few days. She has not seen the group of three today.
