Birders,

Normally I do not feed birds in the summer with the exception of
hummingbirds but this year I have kept a peanut feeder up and WOW, the list
of species bringing their offspring is pretty neat and it is interesting to
see what the young birds look like. Maybe some of you have had more.

Mourning Dove - under the feeder

Red-headed Woodpecker

Red-bellied Woodpecker

Hairy Woodpecker

Downy Woodpecker

Blue Jay

Black-capped Chickadee

Tufted Titmouse

White-breasted Nuthatch

Carolina Wren

Eur. Starling

Song Sparrow - under the feeder

Northern Cardinal

Red-winged Blackbird

Common Grackle

House Sparrow
