Be advised that we received heavy rain and wind damage last night. The western portion of the parking lot is mostly under water. The boardwalk is slippery when wet and some trees/limbs are down. The majority of the boardwalk has been cleaned, however a large cottonwood awaits removal. The worst damage is not far from the east entrance.

As always we appreciate your sightings so be sure to stop by the Sportsmen's Migratory Bird Center to report your birds! Our hours are Monday-Friday 8-5; weekends 11-5.

Special thanks to Chris Knoll for sharing his bird news!

Happy birding.
