6 sandhill cranes and a black tern were seen at Slate Run Metro Park around 5pm on Thursday.  They 
were spotted on the west side of the Kokomo Wetland Trail at the Slate Run Wetlands Wildlife Refuge.  
Slate Run Metro Park is near Canal Winchester on the southeast side of Columbus. The Wetlands 
Refuge has an entrance on Winchester Rd which is separate from the main park entrance.
