Registration is now open for the Ohio Avian Research & Conservation Conference.  The conference is being sponsored by Denison University and The Dawes Arboretum, and is hosted by the Denison University Biology Department on Saturday, October 19th.

Registration includes a continental breakfast, boxed lunch (4 to choose from), all conference materials, and access to all presentations & posters.
 
The deadline to register to attend the conference is October 12th.

For Researchers (professionals, students, & citizen scientists):
 
If you would like to present a research talk (30 min) or a research poster, please contact me directly with your name, title of your poster or presentation, and a brief abstract.   If you are presenting a poster please include all authors (*There is a monetary student poster award available for a poster presenting exceptional student research.  The poster must have a student 1st author.)
 
The deadline to register a poster or talk is Friday, September 20th.
 
There are a limited number of student attendance scholarships available to high school and undergraduate students.  These scholarships are offered by the Licking County Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalist Chapter.  Contact Lori Swihart, Licking County OCVN Coordinator to apply.
