Rick Asamoto, Chris Zacharias and I went shore birding today. The team had
18 shorebirds. Rick had a Greater Yellowlegs while birding by himself
making 19 for him. Chris had 18 and I had 17.

We birded at Englewood MP (Montgomery County), Hancock County TR 180, and
the Great Miami River in Miamisburg. Hancock County was very productive.

American Golden Plover (Hancock) - 1
Semipalmated Plover (Hancock - Rick and Chris only) -2
Killdeer (all) - 100s
American Avocet (Englewood) - 4
Spotted Sandpiper (Miamisburg) - 4
Solitary Sandpiper (Englewood) - 1
Lesser Yellowlegs (Hancock) -2
Semipalmated Sandpiper (Hancock) - 15
Least Sandpiper (Hancock and Miamisburg) - 8
White-rumped Sandpiper (Hancock) - 2
Baird's Sandpiper (Hancock) - 1
Pectoral Sandpiper (Hancock) - 23
Stilt Sandpiper (Hancock) - 2
Short billed Dowitcher (Hancock) - 2 juvenile
Long billed Dowitcher (Hancock) - 1 adult in molt
Wilson's Snipe (Hancock) - 1
Red-necked Phalarope (Miamisburg) - 1
