A beautiful morning to be at the park. Here's our sightings:
Bald eagles - 1 almost fully mature (4th yr.) & 2 immatures
Osprey
Great egrets - 26
Great blue herons--many, many
Green herons - 5
Belted kingfishers - 6 ( at least 2 female)
DC cormorants - approx. 30
Wood ducks - many, many
Mallards - lots and lots
Canada geese - 4
Lesser yellowlegs - 4
Greater yellowlegs - 1
Solitary sp - 2
Semipalmated sp - 1
Killdeers - 30
Ring-billed gulls
Eastern phoebes - 2
Eastern pewees
Coopers hawks - 2
Cedar waxwings - 12
AMOTUS (And Most of the Usual Stuff)
