This morning my husband heard a whip-poor-will calling in the woods across
from our house. This evening, I counted at least 9 common nighthawks flying
above our house, saw 1 unidentifiable flycatcher, a few chimney swifts and
gazillions of dragonflies.

Last night we had about 50-75 cedarwaxings hanging out around the
cottonwood tree in our yard.
