Jay asked this to be copied to the listserv from cincinnatibirds.com

"I have not been able to update my blog due to lack of internet access and
related computer issues. When I left Arizona my list was 630. I stopped in Salt
Lake City and drove to Elko, NV and hiked up to LaMoille Lake and got Himalayan
Snowcock (3 of them! & long distant photos!) and added Clark's Grebe near
SLC on my way to the airport. I went directly to Alaska to join Dave Sonneborn
and am now at Gambel on St. Lawrence Island. My list is now 640 having added
Northern Wheatear, Sharp-tailed Sandpiper, White Wagtail, Red-throated Pipit,
Yellow-billed Loon, Steller's Eider, Spectacled Eider, and Bluethroat in that
order in the first four days. Four more days to go. Still trying to resolve some
connectivity issues to update my blog. 700 now appears to be in range! "
