Just got off the phone with Troy Shively, who is watching a 'gorgeous'
adult golden eagle in Logan County. It is loosely associated with a
flock of ~30 TVs, headed south along SR 68. He advises observers in
places like Urbana and Springfield and environs to keep an eye out.
