An Elegant Tern turned up on the Niagara River today. On Nov 17 Jerry Talkington had a "Royal Tern" scream past his lakewatch at Sunset Park, heading hard east, near Willoughby. It is not at all outside of reason, and is extremely likely, that this is one and the same bird. Wow.
