It is 10:15AM Friday morning. Larry Richardson presently has a Snowy Owl on Hoagland-Blackstub Road, on the west side of the lake in Trumbull County. Go north from SR88 past Mahan-Denman to the public parking area. He is trying to keep an eye on it.
