While viewing samdhill cranes at jasper Pulaski wildlife area in NW INDIANA, we also have 
found a whooping crane (banded). 
This individual has foraged during rhe day with a group of Sandhills for the last 2 days at a 
cornfield just south of the refuge. 
Good viewing is possible from within your car. Cornfield is at intersection of 1650W and 400W.
