The road beyond the Bird Center will be open this weekend.  On Saturday the road will open about 1 pm and on Sunday it will be open all day.
Saturday, November 30th will be the last Saturday that the Bird Center will be open until March.   It will be open for the annual Holiday Open House which is Sunday December 8th from 12-4pm.

Come out and see what winter birds are arriving!

On another note,  Firelands Audubon is again offering a birding trip (limited to 8 persons)
For 2014 the destination is Washington State and the dates are June 11-18.   It looks like another exciting itinerary!
