Hello all -

The leucistic hummingbird is plenty active in the Herb
Garden<http://www.metroparks.net/MapInniswood.aspx>today.

Please note we changed the feeder and pole yesterday so we can clean the
old feeder. (The prior pole did not allow the feeders to hang straight,
which created a leaking problem.) We will switch between these feeders so
there is never not a feeder out and available.

There are plans in the works to rig a feeder heating system to prevent the
solution from freezing in the upcoming cold snaps.

I will post again Tuesday. There will not be staff here Sunday or Monday
that are able to post so if you see the hummer, please let the listserv
followers know.

Thanks! :)
