I thought I should list my scoter sightings that I saw Sat & Sunday at Sims Park in Euclid this weekend.

Saturday I saw at least 54 scoters, 34 Black Scoters, a smaller number of White-winged and larger number of Surf Scoters.  I have pictures of some of the Surf Scoters.

Sunday, I didn't get there til late and was not there as long so I did not count every bird but there were still close to 50.  I had one group that had at least 34 Black Scoters straight out from where I was standing just west of the driveway to the pier and there were two more Black Scoters further east from the pier bringing the Black Scoter total to at least 36.  There were still White-winged and Surf Scoters in equal numbers there some of them separated from the other group.  I have pictures showing the Black Scoter group only as it was the easiest to take pictures with yesterday.
