Most unusual sighting around Lorain today was a sizeable movement of a Lapland Longspurs - 110 total, including a flock of 75 birds headed west.  There are a good 10,000 gulls congregated here at the moment, including 75 Bonaparte's still at the river mouth, but nothing unusual, save one Lesser Black-backed.  No Snowys.

Along the Lorain Co. lakefront today, Common Mergansers & Great Black-backed Gulls are starting to build in appreciable numbers.
