Hi all,
Just received a report, with photos, of a Snowy Owl seen this morning at Lake Milton in the northwest corner of Mahoning County, near the Portage County line. It was seen sitting on dock pilings at the eastern end of Edgewater Drive, which is on the west side of the lake about ½ mile north of U.S. Rte. 76. This locale should be easy enough to find on a map.
