This AM to past noon, there were up to 4 Snowy Owls near the runways seen from around gate 12 by many birders. I personally saw 2 different birds. Not close enough for good photos but v good scope views. They both sat tight so didn't get to see them in flight but still a treat to see them. A harrier was off in the distance as well.

I heard while I was there that 2 other Snowies were being seen at Lorain near the boat launch. I'm not familiar with the area but wandered around near what looked like a dock area/park but all I saw were many gulls & Canada Geese but no birders or Snowies.

Also checked Lorain cty airport but only a N Harrier & another of over a dozen Red-taileds seen on the drive. Racked up 5 Kestrels & 1 Coopers also.
