The bird was there when I left at 3:40.  It spooked when a peregrine falcon zipped through.  It landed just east of its original sighting on dock D.  It was sleeping when I left.  I got some good photos of it and will post them somewhere later.  There was also an adult Thayer's gull and a lesser black-backed gull and 1 snowy owl.
