Hi all,

Just got off the phone with the person who found the Licking County Snowy Owl. She was very nice about sharing the details. It was seen at 8 am on December 9th, sitting atop the mail box at 20654 Bell Church Road. This is about a mile or so east of State Rte. 62 on the east side of Utica, in Licking County. The bird has not been seen again, but who knows, there are lots of fields in that area...
