I was there for about an hour. Windy and cold; 30 degrees. At 12:15PM
when I was about to leave, the Kittiwake flew in. It made about 3 passes
by the bridge and flew off toward the west ( toward East 55th). There
was one Long-tailed Duck with the Mergansers.
