While driving down to Washington Court House (WCH) to see the Snowy Owl that
has been seen there, I observed a beautiful, pure white one perched on a hay
roll along Rt. 83 about half-way between London and WCH. It was on the east
side of Rt. 83 about 100 ft. from the road, very visible but dangerous to
see as there is little room to pull over on this highway.

It's location is 9.1 miles south of the junction of Rt. 42 and Rt. 83 (which
is in south London). Also, it is 0.2 miles south of Crawford Rd. which
intersects Rt. 83.
