The snowy owl at Liebs Island near Millersport was not present as of 8:40 a.m.
There were two local women out walking along the break wall with cameras--same two women who reported that crows chased the bird off yesterday. So even if it was in the area I doubt it will return to the break wall given the amount of foot traffic.
