I don't think I saw this site listed. It has directions and descriptions. It
seems to be up-to-date.

I read it recently because I want to go down to the lakefront. I didn't want
to miss a place to go. 

I also used had webpage for the Cleveland section of the Lake Erie Birding
Trail open which has maps.

I also had Google maps open when the Lake Erie Birding Trail maps weren't
quite enough. The first webpage has addresses. So, it was easy to plug them
into Google maps.
