First winter male HARLEQUIN DUCK on the Ohio River in Belpre, Ohio
(Washington County). Originally found by West Virginia birders Derek
Courtney and Terry Bronson this morning. The bird was still present at 4pm
this afternoon when I left.

This bird is best viewed from Florence Street in Belpre. Park underneath
the bridge and look down river.
