Nothing too exciting, but my wife and I were just the same excited to see a Towhee at Three Creeks park on Saturday, then on Sunday afternoon I saw three Bluebirds along the Confluence Trail. I've walked that trail several times a week for years, and this was first time I've seen Bluebirds. Of course in summer the Towhees are abundant -- but with the cold we've had, it was a surprise too.
