There were many Snow Buntings (at least 30) in a flock of birds in the field at State Rt 4 and 235. At the time I was there (11:00) the birds were about 150 yards out in the field, and flying up and circling every few minutes.

This is the field north and west of where these roads meet.

As an aside, I just realized that google maps will show the county boundary if you do a search like "montgomery county ohio", though the boundary line disappears as you zoom in.
