A visit to this reservoir north of Columbus found most of the surface frozen over, except for a few openings in the shallows off the beach.  These had a flock of 34 Common Goldeneye, as well as smaller numbers of geese and mallards, plus a few waterfowl too far out in the mist for me to ID.  The ice had modest numbers of gulls, mostly Ring-bills, but also a few Herring and one Bonaparte's.  The large numbers that roost there had already mostly left when I checked at around 10 AM.  The rest of the lower reservoir was solid ice.

Landbirds in shore areas were fairly predictable, with small groups of woodpeckers, chickadees, and White-throated Sparrows at most stops.  The unusual features included:

Mockingbirds - 1 at the Visitor's Center fields, and another near Cheshire
Red-headed Woodpecker - an immature was lurking in the small woodlot at Glen Oaks Park SW of the reservoir
Tree Sparrows - small numbers everywhere, continuing a banner winter
Swamp Sparrow - 1 was in the pocket marsh at SummerRidge access, an unusual wintering location
