Ben Morrison and I returned to the Bolivar Landfill viewing just east of where Haut Rd becomes Downing and ended up finding 1 1st cycle glacous,  1 adult iceland, 1 adult thayer's,  1 adult great black-backed, and one 2nd cycle lesser black-backed gull among many herring and much lesser numbers of ring - billed gulls over the landfill. This is not easy gull watching. A scope is essential, most birds are distant, and almost all views are of birds in flight.
